I've always had excellent results with FUD being accurate to my model, but the most recent print I received was off more than 3%. This is a major problem for those of us building anything that interfaces with something else. Am I the only one with this issue?

No your not the only one, I've seen this problem from time to time. As always email service@shapeways.com with you order number, some pictures and they'll get you fixed up.
