Hey there I just got a set of armor pieces today and I must say that I am totally amazed by the quality of the prints! Everything is correctly printed except for a single part of the helmet Sad



I've carefully checked & rechecked all the pieces of the armor, and that is the only one that's out of place. It's supposed to look like this, and cover up the rangefinder piece :



I wonder what went wrong Confused I've checked the model both offline and online (using the 3D viewer on-site) and the piece looks perfectly fine. Sad

Is the piece to the left on the image what you received, and is not part of your order? My guess, being a small separate piece, the operator grabbed the wrong piece when boxing it up. It's best to join multiple parts, especially small ones, so they stay with the right order. Contact Service@shapeways.com to see what can be done.
