i don't know if there has been anything here or not but the xl file that is on the manage shop tab doesn't deem to work properly. is there something that i am missing about the file or is this a known problem? i am trying to track down if i have a new sale or not... maybe pending- maybe not...

It's broke.. There's a linefeed at the top of the file that should not be there.
It was reported here.. maybe they can get it fixed early next week.

For those who have the tools... if you remove that linefeed, it'll open in Excel just fine.
FYI.. the CSV markup file has the same problem.

Same problem. Some action is required from Shapeways...
Additionally, "unpaid earnings" and "lifetime earnings" rows show a strange number of decimals...
Unpaid Earnings: $0.000000
Lifetime Earnings: $0.000000

Hi,
I had the same problem (and I still have it!) I sent an email to the customer service, they are trying to fix this issue! They are talking about a bug!..
We will see!

I am still seeing six decimal places in my Lifetime Earnings. Is that being worked on?
