Is the Stainless Steel from shapeways magnetic? i want to use it to make a stator for a brushless motor

Yes, but from experience I'd say only about 50% the magnetic susceptability of plain steel, you might notice some drop in performance due to reduced flux saturation levels. SW SS also retains some magnetism after a magnet has been removed.
