Stainless steel printed band
Transparent plastic top and "gem" dyed green
Black oxide weathering
(there was lots of sanding/dremeling to get the pieces to how they are now)
And here is the Sinestro ring, only seen briefly in the movie and for a few seconds during the credits.

The GL ring looks exatcly like the Hasbro toy from ToysRus. Cool.
