grainy surface and max white

I'm impressed by the printing detail (see the little stars) but the black color must be improved, i think, 'cause should be deeper...

btw, gratz Shapeways! The new process is great Very Happy

Other 3d printing services with good white on their zcorp prints also have the same issue with black not being black enough. Laughing

By the way, can you make some very close up detail shots of how the light reflects on the rounded surface, and to what extent you see the layering?
