can someone give me some advice? I have a decent amount of experience with 3D modeling. I am able to upload an stl file to your site successfully. However it never looks like it is supposed to in my gallery. I am able to render these models in rhino or 3D max and they look as I want them too but for some reason your site is reading them in a different way. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. see roses bracelet in skosor gallery. Attached is a photo of what it looks like when I render it quickly in Vray. If anyone has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it. thank you.

Can you share the STL? If you'd rather keep it private, just send it via PM .

Hi Skosor and welcome to Shapeways.

Did you try to collapse all the modifier stack? Convert your model to "editable poly" should do the trick.
You can also try to add the STL Check modifier to see if there is no double edge or open edge... (you can remove this modifier before exporting).

So many things to design, so little time...
