I uploaded a model and everything went ok it was accepted... I'd like to order it in stainless steel but I don't have the option available.. Why?

What was the size (down the right side it will tell you the bounding box size) If it's larger than 100cmx45cmx25cm, that it can't be printed in stainless. But it may be possible to re-orient you drawing so that it will fit.

Hmm, it says 0.4x0.4x0.1 in centimeters...
That's weird, I made it 4x4x1 cm in max.. Should I make it 40x40 for it to be correct?

Make sure you have checked off the correct button when uploading it - i.e. inches, millimetres, etc.
