Just received four more of my printed implicit surface models.
The base models were all generated with a single mathematical expression using MeshLab's implicit surface filter. Then I used the uniform mesh resampling filter to add the wall thickness. The implicit surface is just a boundry between the positive and negative solutions to the equation, so there is initially no thickness.
