Is there a way to get a hold of someone to show that a model Shapeways sent was not molded all of the way? Or is that the shop-owners duty?

Thanks.

Hey Matt,

Send a photo and an explanation to service (at) shapeways.com and they will sort it out for you.

Cheers

And believe me they *WILL* sort things out for you. I have recently had the most unbelievably positive experience with Shapeways customer service department (specifically Christel) and i'm still beaming with appreciation weeks following the experience.

They will listen and they will help when they can .
