Hi Shapeways, fantastic service. I have a technical question, about my model. I'm not sure the best way to contact you, but the wall on the lowest part of my model does not go as far as it should in the print. It should be 8mm, it's about 5 mm. It's a coffee filter design and I'm wondering if the wall which tapers was to thin, and was not printed due to this.

I can fix this, but wanted to be sure.

the quickest way to get a response from the customer service is to send a picture of the problem with it! Wink
So they can easily see where the problem is (and why)
