This is the result of a co-creator template that makes a wire mesh whose contour is your head profile at 1:1 scale.

It was printed in Red Winter S&F. The contour was taken from a side view head photo and the scale was deduced from a ruler put on the sideburn while taking the photo. For the required minimum and maximum diameters of the model, the selected values were 2 cm (tip of the nose) and 11 cm (top circle).

The model is a little bigger because the reference image was taken with a webcam at wide angle, practice that must be avoided. It's better to use the maximum zoom of your camera.
The second part of the video shows the flexibility of the model, whose wires have a diameter of 1.5 mm.
