There is discrepancy between the price on the "My designs" page and the detail view:

oh sorry, then probably the top right is your manufacturing price, the other one including mark-up?
Again, just guessing

I had a model do this to me last week, where it stayed with the first versions price. I'll let'm know.

Youknowwho4eva and Trompevenlo:
Can you send me a link to a model that's behaving in this way? (PM is fine if you prefer.) Is the discrepancy visible to end customers, or just to you as the shop owner?
Thanks,
Ben

Kaetemi:
That makes sense to me, and is what I expect the behavior to be.
If anyone here sees the problem on a product that's not in your own shop, then I'll take a close look at that!

So there must be at least 4 (four) different prices:
- the (net Shapeways) price which I can never see
- the (Shapeways+VAT) price which is shown on my detail page
- the (Shapeways+VAT) + (markup+VAT) price which is shown on my overview page
- the (net Shapeways) + (net markup) price which is shown to our customers
,,, and all of that twice in USD and EUR
There is hardly any other price combination you could ever dream of. I am sorry, gentlemen, but that construction makes absolutely no sense to me.
+10.000 for getting away with markups and the current pricing model altogether. Definitely a looong way before coming even close to Amazon ...

Is anyone still seeing price discrepancies? The ones I have spot-checked have all been correct so far, but I'd like to understand why this glitch occurred, if I can, in the hope that I can prevent something like this from happening again.

| It happens every time a model is updated.

This should be fixed now. The prices in the cache (material selector and galleries) after an update of a model were indeed not updated.
