My latest order arrived, I'm glad to see it isn't dented like my last two packages. I opened the package to find my Carbon Buckyball (C60) squished. It is supposed to be roughly spherical, but it isn't in one dimension (photo attached). I tried to manipulate it, but it started to crack. Is there something I can do about this?

We will offer you a solution to your squished model.
We are going to use stronger boxes in a few days, so we should be able to prevent these type of problems, but sorry nonetheless.
