I'd wear it to give fair warning. It might be less noticeable if you gave it some 3D twist so that it only read liar when looked at in one direction.

huh? when you wear it it's vertical.. so you cant tell it spells liar.. only when you look at it when its positioned horizontally ..

It would be even cooler if you made it to read "Liar" from one side, but "Love" or something opposite from the other side! Kind of an ambiguous ambigram ...

If you look at it from a 20 degree angle it still says liar. now if you were to move some of the points of the spline (I'm assuming he drew it as a spline) in the z direction, it would look like a swirling piece, and would only be really visible head on.
