When a Shop owner is looking at his/her Order Report the MarkUps can be confusing if there are items that were cancelled for whatever reason after being ordered. The column does not reflect these amounts as credits and thus when totalling the column(s) the owner has to take these figures into account and remove them from the calculation.
If they were listed as a credit it would simply be a matter of totalling the column to get the right amount(s).
