I have some hidden items in my shop, for a client, on which I don't have mark up. My client tells me they ordered some pieces, but I didn't see that in my order overview or on a yippee mail. Is that normal, perhaps because there is no mark-up?

when there is no markup, you only get an email when it's being shipped!
if i remember correctly from what i have read somewhere on the forum!

Yeah, I think it's probably because there's no markup. I know I've only received an e-mail when someone's bought a marked up model of mine; several others have been bought without markup, and I haven't received e-mails for them. I do, however, receive an e-mail when they ship.
