Ooh, that's not good. Good thing the packaging gives plenty of protection.
I take it UPS are gonna be getting a few strong words?

i've got 27packages from shapeways,, none of them did crushed in any sort of way!

This does not look good. I will contact UPS about this. Fortunately your models are okay. If more of you have the same experience please let us know, this is something we need to prevent in the near future.

I've had some minor damage to packages but nothing like those shown here! If the driver showed up at my door with ones like that I'd make sure he stood by while I opened it!!

Over a year ago, I got a package which was half-open, with parts sticking out
Must say, never saw that UPS guy ever again
