Hi Does Shapeways offer a post print service where they can smooth a print to an 'A class surface'?

No, I'm sorry we do not.
We are looking at smooth materials but given the large variety of designs this would be incredibly difficult for us to offer.
A person with a dremel or sandpaper would have to achieve a constant finish with a myriad of designs, many of them with very thin limbs. We would probably just end up breaking a lot of things.
