Thanks for your messages - If found someone to help me on that but I am still looking for a way to delete this post...

    --------------------------

    Hello,

I am looking for a modeler to import some terrrain from Google Earth and then shape it to prepare it for 3D printing.

By shaping it, I mean accentuating some curves, smoothing the terrain... but I guess it depends on the result of the import.
I would also like to shape it into different objects such as tiles, pendants, curved objects...

    I found this technique for Rhino : http://www.simpleeditions.com/39002/importing-terrain-from-g oogle-earth-to-rhinoceros

    Anyone up to it ?

If there is an (easy) set of steps for doing this, it'd be very helpful to the community if you'd publish it here.
