Hey, I've seen other post about that, but no answer ! I'm trying to change my shop logo and banner but can't. I go to my shop, click the edit button right to the banner. I can add a new image, which appears ther, but I can't save that change. I've tried several time, checked this forum and the FAQ for answer, but got none. Thanks for your help.

Did you try a hard refresh (ctrl+f5 on windows browsers) of your shoppage? It might be that the old picture still gets cached by your browser. As soon as you edit the banner, it's already changed. There is no save button, so if you see the change there, it's already done. Barry

Changing the name can be done by sending an email to service@shapeways.com We only can change your shop name manually.
