Hello, I was notified by Shapeways a few days ago that I had sold a co-creator model, however have not received any details about the order (specific modifications for the co-creator item.) Wanted to know if or when the order details typically come in? Thanks, mike
The email you got should contain a link to the todo item. If not you should be able to find it at the bottom of "My Designs" Cheers
I got the same thing, I think it's when the customer is using bank transfer for the payment. Until Shapeways has received the money, you don't get the link to customise the item...
