    Hi everyone,

I'm building a new PC case and it's designed with significant reliance on 3D printing with Shapeways.

I've posted a project log here.

AFAIK, it's the first time anyone has done this. Comments welcomed!

    Sweet!

How long have you been working on this project for? What prompted it? Look forward to hearing more. :)

I've been working on the CAD design for about 2 months and only just finalise them recently. :)

What prompted the idea? Well, I'm always into building a new PC case and designing. Using 3D printing instead of traditional manufacturing, the design can evolve easily modified. Thanks!!

    Cool! Thanks!

This is hot. An adventurous design. The black printed parts look so good. This unlike any acrylic case I have ever see - it looks light.

Thanks! I'm glad people liked my design. :)

This is just my prototype. I'm planning to re-design based on what I've learn and I'll definitely post back here again.

It's a 7 year old post. The images must have broken at some point. Looks like they may have been linked in from their own website which gives a 404 error
