What will happen ?

What will happen if i print this with Full Color Sandstone ?
its below 0,1mm :


Do i have to correct it to look like this :


Or its not so serious, can i see a 3d Print with Sandstone below the 0,1mm ?

as long as it is over 3mm thick it will be ok.

There is no problem actually printing the file, it just may not be crisp hard angles, but with some 'softening'..
