    Greetings All,

I'm an independent board and card game designer. I found out about y'all from a thread on the Board Game Designers Forum ( http://www.bgdf.com/ ). I'm working on a game that would use a bunch of hollow, flat-ish cones about 3.8 cm in diameter and 1.25 cm high with relatively thin walls. (Imagine a very small ice cream cone that's squashed so the tip is very close to the mouth of the cone.)

Does that count as 14.25 cubic cm of material (the volume of the smallest cube that could enclose the hollow cone), or am I only charged for the material used in the cone itself?

    Best Regards,

    Hi Jonathan!

We only charge for the volume of the model itself and not the bounding box.

    Best regards,

    Robert

That makes sense. Thank you for the rapid reply.
