Hi, I see very strange things last time. Here some examples: 1. https://www.shapeways.com/forum/index.php?t=msg&th=28210 &start=0& Someone removed my markup (marked as null) for a lot of positions, video here https://youtu.be/tgfZNpRsqxk ; 2. https://www.shapeways.com/forum/index.php?t=msg&th=28240 &start=0& SW restrict my markup for any changes for items in shop, video here https://youtu.be/8fJByaD1Nx4 ; 3. https://www.shapeways.com/forum/index.php?t=msg&th=28209 &start=0& csv-wizard removes already defined markup for some items and materials, video also https://youtu.be/tgfZNpRsqxk ; 4. https://www.shapeways.com/forum/index.php?t=msg&th=25964 &start=0& someone can order your items in not-for-sales materials with zero markup. Now I tried to change my pricing according to updated politic globally (for all items in shop) and found additional issues. When I tried apply new markup via csv-wizard for next 20 models (about 1000 rows), I got "no changes here" message. My prices stay without changes. But when I repeat it for all 20 models (per one at once), I changed all prices successfully, but... several positions stay unchanged. As example, in all models I got 50 changes, but for several of it - 49 only. I cannot see which rows missed - now csv-wizard doesn't work again. I don't like similar things because they are very similar to some internal machinations. I would like to read about investigate of these unanswered events. Sincerely.
