Will the Custom ring app be activated ever again?

So I've used the custom ring app tool in the past a lot and last thing I knew is that it was under maintenance due to some bugs with pricing. It's been a while but no news. I just hope that doesn't mean the tool won't be up again.

I've been waiting for months for it to come back...

Yeah, it was a really nice tool and I loved using it. I used it so often that I always found some small bugs, so I was glad when they were repairing it. I wonder why it's taking so long or if they decided to just ditch it.

So I contacted Shapeways after not getting any reply in here, and they told me next week the tool should be available again. YAY! They told me maybe it gets delayed, but at least that means they are going to put it back.

Works but it isn't saving the ring design into the models or shopping cart (like it did before)

OutlawArtwork I'm in the same boat, don't know why my model on size 8 is not accepted and have to retouch it. The fun fact is that I have that model already printed in 8.5 and lower/bigger sizes.
