Issues in uploading and sales overview download

    Hi.

    Now is 15:45 GMT+1, thursday june 12 -2014.

    I'm having issues uploading models, even I've tried to upload again a sucessfully uploaded model previously uploaded this morning, and didn't work. The screen stands thinking for (too much) minutes without changes.

    From this morning till now, I've beeing trying to download the excel sales overview download. The screen goes white and nothing happens. I think the link goes to a non-working file.

    Please, take a look on it!

    NOW I'VE TRIED UPLOADING A PAWN SIMPLE LOW BYTES FILE AND IS STACKED TOO!

    There is an uploading back log :(
    We are adding capacity as we speak to catch up!

    My apologies for the inconvenience.
    It will eventually show up on your My Models page :)

    Still having both issues. Any news?

    Hey HOLDEN8702,

    Thanks for your report! Let me give you some updates on the issues you've reported:

    1. We've fixed the issue with the My Sales Download link: you should now be able to download the xls file. Let us know if that's not the case.

    2. We've also resolved the issue with our upload system. However, as Mitchell mentioned, we built up quite a backlog during the time that we were having issues. Rest assured that your model is in queue to be processed, and will complete sometime in the next few hours.

    Again, thanks for reporting these issues, and thanks for your patience while we sort them out!

    Happy to see Matt already replied!
    I was watching soccer (2-1 just happened..) and forgot to check the forums.

    Like Matt said, thank for reporting, it really helps us identifying problems the moment they happen :)

    I don't like soccer, sorry.

    On my opinion, best they can do is to loose the first matches and return home. First in lose, keeps honor, last in lose, is a big loser.

    But... I heard about the spanish selection plays tomorrow against another poor player selection... who are they?
