These pieces arrived approx a week ago but they were so hard to capture in this material combination we'd had to wait for the sun to help out a bit CustoMe Necklace & Earrings We really love how this turned out but taste differs so we'd like to know your perfect material combo !
I love the combo and the design. Do the two pieces interlock naturally or do they need to be affixed in some manner? Great work
Thanks for the comment Sloris ! The clearance all around is so little that they stick together naturally, if one would fix it with some kind of adhesive then they wouldn't be able to change the inner part. The inner part fits so well that without an external force they won't come apart. It took some tweaking to make sure that the parts fit well without being too loose and to make sure the cage part doesn't deform too much during the production process but we got there. The trick for the fitting is to leave tiny points in some of the corners without any clearance, it's nearly invisible to the eye because the difference between clearance and none is <0.2mm
