Display shop's name instead of user's name when displaying an item

Hi everyone,

Am I the only one wondering if it is possible to change the displayed name on top of any item's page ?

At the moment, it displays my user name (DimitriSafarikas) but I'd rather have the shop's name (Pan's Workshop) displayed instead (see screenshot)

Any help would be appreciated
