Like this one from NASA? Others exist there (they are spacesuits, not astronauts, but with wireframe who cares?). Load the file into a program such as Blender and the opportunity exists to create a wireframe model from the downloaded file.

Amateurish - not really, it's just not highly detailed. And it's free. For 99 USD you will get a beautiful 3D Model that probably will not print and in any case is way more detailed than you apparently want or need. Even with the NASA model it will most likely be necessary to lose detail (decimate) to get a wireframe model. Whatever, I'm sure someone will happily create something that you want.
