    Hey guys,

As you probably know, we feature a designer every week on our homepage in the Designer Spotlight section and also an interview on the blog.

I'd love to feature more of your designs and I thought a short video would be a great way to showcase them! We'll be using these on the blog, and as category headers - like say for "Miniatures" or "Jewelry".

Here's my 30 second example that took five minutes to make:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJiCWUAFqJc&feature=youtu .be

Here's the foolproof plan to make your video:

Sit in front of your computer, set up your video, smile and press RECORD!
Introduce yourself and what you do
Show us your favorite design and tell us why you like it
Invite us to check it out in your shop!
Upload to YouTube and post it here

That's it. 30 seconds should do it, short and sweet!

    Some tips:

You can use PhotoBooth on your Mac or Windows Movie Maker on your PC.

Sit in a quiet place so we can hear you - I chose to sit against a white wall, but you can show us your studio or office too!

Have your model ready to show and slowly show us

    Smile!

Check out my video as an example, then submit your own here and await fame Smile

Can't wait to show off you and your designs!

    Natalia

This is mine. But I could have misunderstood you a little... you made a 30 seconds video, I made it 30 minutes. Forgive me :) http://youtu.be/pv_Tae6MXao

PS: I've tried to make an uncut unboxing video.

  19. Hey PT...

    Looks very festive, nice!! 8^)

Your link to the product, however, goes somewhere else. 8^(

Apparently, the link is doing that on other sites too. I've never even been to the location it's taking me to, so I'll definitely be taking that up with the help desk, because that's a MAJOR hiccup on the site's part! :/ Here's a link to the shop instead! I'll change it in my original post too.
