    Hi Shapeways,

From one or two hours ago, the rendered image of uploaded models is not being generated.
Therefore, any upload models do not come out on 'My Models' page.
    Please check it sooner.

    Regards,

    Joe.

Could you let me know the Model ID of those models?
(you can find the number in the URL)

This way we can investigate this + repair it :)

    Hi Mitchell,

There are many files that have been uploaded and have the issue.
The model ID of one among them is 1431241.

    Thanks for checking.

    Joe.

Now, the calculating price system shows Endless Processing again.
This same issue happens so often recently.
Most of the models I uploaded do not have errors. It is due to the system issue.
Please check my other posts in this forum.
I am one of the people who have mentioned this almost same issue every time.

It seems to be fixed. I appreciate your prompt action.
    Cheers!

Update: Never mind, fixed. I opened the link from my e-mail that said the part was updated, edited it, and simply hit Update for the viewage and sellage settings, which were still set for viewage and sellage. That resulted in the thing becoming revisible!

I updated a model a little while ago but now I can't even see it in my model list. Hopefully this is just a system delay issue. I have no clue what the model number is...
