I received a co-creator email today, and can't find where to upload the file. I haven't uploaded anything for it, and the original file is the wrong size! This is what the to-do list page looks like for me- What do I do?
Hi Steve, I have sent you an email regarding this. Basically the reason why you cannot see the order anymore is because it has been cancelled by the customer. I hope this helps. Cheers, Adela
Hello Adela, Is there a tutorial explaining to shop owners how to setup, reply, and upload Co-Creator design files? If not, could you refer me to a forum post or other explanation? My particular interest is how to organize ring sizes. Thank you.
If you really want co-creator this will not help but for a range of sizes of basically the same model perhaps this is useful? Product Variants
