Pricing(my markup) doesn't update

Tried this numerous times, anyone know why this is not working?

Have you checked this while not logged in ? The pricing will only reflect the markup when you are "not your usual self"
(else you would be paying markup to yourself - with shapeways' commission deducted - whenever you ordered one of your own parts)

Are you saying SW takes a cut of the markup?

A "markup fee" amounting to 3.5 % of the markup is clearly stated in both the Service Conditions
and FAQ for shops.

I still can't find how to access this page, though.

FAQs link in the website footer --> "How to Set up Shops" in the righthand column of the new page.
then follow one of several "how to open a shop" links on that page. Or in the shop-related section of
the Tutorials available under the "Create" tab.

Ah it's so obvious - how could I not have found that?
