I make it seperate to reduce the weight of her head Her neck is weak. I join her small braids to her right shoulder make two supporting points of the whole head. Also, it reduce volume hence reduce cost :laughing:
Very good idea. Is the volume reduced because you could hollow it out when model was separated, whereas you couldn't when it was one piece?
You are Right Separate the a large piece make it easier to hollow. Especially shape that not easy to make escape holes.
How did you get the colors done? Does 3D print, if you give colored model, they will color it accordingly? I am new to all this, so I am trying to know.

Yes, it is fullcolor sandstone. You can apply a texture to the model and paint it as you want You can shade you model on the texture, so the model would have more depth and better look.
