Shapeways Materials Page is here (create menu at the the top of everypage), Shapeways don't print in chrome, they do Silver though - you might find another 3D print service that can fulfill your wishes and Google is your friend for that task. The other option is to create the item in a plastic, take a mould and have it cast.
I raised that question in another context. I want to print in plastic and get it chromed afterwards. That seems to be tecnical possible. Depending on the size of the items the pricing would be the problem. (so printing it in silver at shapeways would be less expensive) woody64
