Zona_Prints @memeking109 I do not package the products myself. The Shapeways team does. Each item is placed in a big box and bubble wrap with the item in a small plastic bag in the middle. Josephp20- The Shapeways team has a money back guarantee. They will obviously not want the item back. If you are not happy with the product you may want to speak to a Shapeways Rep. I've ordered multiple of these for friends and family and they are great on my end.
