Accused of being fake, witchcraft and simply impossible..
This kinetic sculpture is inspired by the unlimited freedom of 3d printing,
it wobbles and turns with a slight movement of the hand.
Now give it a good spin or puff of air and it erupts in erratic and wild behavior.

This is the 5cm / 2" version, see the Gyro the Forms section for other shapes and sizes.
Corner stand available separately, or get the complete set below!

NEW!
Now also available as a pendant/keyfob!
In both Extra small and Small

Instructions
It is composed of four concentric cubes, each one spinning around a different axis.
The model needs some minor assembly:
Each inner cube has two knobs which need to be placed into the corresponding clamps in the parent cube. It's easiest to start with the inner most and continue outward.
And then... spin it away !

Notes
Do not be alarmed if your cube will not run smoothly at first!
Because of minor variations as a result of the printing process,
some need to wear in a little but will loosen up very quickly.
In the example video I am blowing on it to make it move, it's that smooth.

Be a little careful with (the assembly of) the Alumide version as this material is slightly less flexible/robust than the Strong & Flexible materials.

Get a complete set.
A default set consists of an Alumide Gyro the Cube and a White stand, you can change the materials in your cart later. 118x87_36851_89894_1338413385.jpg + 118x87_387662_147353_1338413388.jpg

Dodecahedral sibling of Gyro the Cube.
Same principle, more faces, more rings and more fun ;-)
Made of five nested dodecahedra, each one is limited to rotate about it's own axis.

This is the 6.5cm / 2.5" version, see the Gyro the Forms
Experimental corner stand available here

Instructions
For tighter clearances it is printed with the hinges out of place. So this model needs a little manual assembly. Each element has two "knobs" which need to be "clicked" into the corresponding "clamps" in the parent element.
It's easiest to start with the inner one and then continue outwards.
And then... rotate away !

She's colourful, she's fast, and she'll always be loyal; sat on your shelf. Model has been adjusted to have the tail connected to a back leg. This makes it more sturdy to print.

Jack's Cube was suggested by Jack via YouTube. The design was inspired on the Magic Sphere puzzle. Jack's Cube has three types of moves. First there are the conventional Rubik's turns. Secondly, a circle of nine pieces can turn in steps of 90 degrees. Finally, a great circle of 12 pieces can turn in steps of 30 degrees.

The Radio Cube 3 is a cubic transformation of Jason Smith's Radiolarian 3. It has icosahedral cut geometry, and it is slightly shallower-cut than my DeFTI (aka "Eitan's Star" soon to be released by MF8). To build this puzzle, you will need 20 flat-head M3 screws that are at least 12mm long (or the standard equivalent). You can buy stickers at Oliver's sticker shop: http://speedcubing.hu/webshop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=6_41&products_id=386

NOTE: If you print this in sandstone expect some slight variation in color. This model also has some delicate parts such as hair tips. I did my best to create this model as strong as I could while still maintaining a good look and reasonable price. However some small chipping may occur during the printing. I have included an image of the worst chipping my own model has. It's not bad and you don't notice but I thought it might be something to bring to your attention. Thanks for your time. Have a great day. You can find me at xender90.deviantart.com

Don't put in liquids, subject to intense heat, or place near food.
Handle with care, this is not a toy and will break if handled too roughly.

Does not come with any sweets or confections.

A warning, from personal tests it will not be very easy to keep Pinkie balanced on her feet.
If you're certain that you can keep her standing, or you don't plan on -having- her standing, then go ahead and buy this one! If not, you should probably get the version with the stand.
