Cheer up, Little Keanu Reeves, it's ok. Just finish your sandwich and march on. Life is like a box of chocolate. Which pill will you choose? There is no spoon. You can't handle the truth! Wait. What was I doing again?

Make your own slide-on macro lens for the iPhone 4 or 4S. I designed this for my iPhone 4 when I couldn't find the image quality I wanted for less than $60.

Print this model and then buy the glass lens for $4 from Surplus Shed (http://www.surplusshed.com/). The Surplus Shed part number is L4471. For some reason the search box on the Surplus Shed home page does not work with part numbers. To get to L4471, use the "Lens Finder". In the Lens Finder type:

Lens Type: PCX, Plano Convex
Diameter: 12mm to 12mm
Focal length: 51mm to 51mm

It will get you to L4471

The lens fits in a recess in the model and is held in place with a few tiny drops of Superglue. If you get any glue on the lens it can cleaned off with nail polish remover or acetone. The lens is plano-convex (one side is flat). When inserted in the holder, the flat side of the lens faces the phone.

Note that the lens fits pretty snugly into the opening. Try fitting the lens before applying any glue. A good technique is, with the lens holder laying face-down on a table, lay the lens in position, and then push it into the recess by poking the lens with the eraser-end of a pencil. Once you know the lens fits cleanly, push it back out and put two tiny drops of superglue on opposite edges of the opening. I use a toothpick to apply the glue because squeezing the superglue directly out of the tube risks putting on too much. Then push the lens back in the same way as in the test fit.

The object pictures in the photo gallery (dime, ruler, and watch) are unedited and uncropped shots directly from my iPhone4.

This model will not slide over iPhone cases.

Works for many doors. Key reads "13" in roman numerals on the 666 side & "7" when flipped to 777 side (via roman numeral subtratcion). Needle not included (too thin to reliably print). Has a small hole in end to accept needle or pin to complete the piece. Hole will vary with material choice & may need to be opened with small drill.

The only J-20 available in 6mm scale. Easy-to-finish model ideal for both wargaming and the aircraft collector. The Chengdu J-20 is a twin-engined, fifth-generation stealth fighter with supercruise, roughly similar to the F-22. It first flew in 2011.

A simple tripod mount for the iPhone 4 and 4S. Requires a single 1/4-20 Hex nut fitted into the base which you can easily obtain at your local hardware store. Due to manufacturing tolerances the fit can be somewhat tight. I have confirmed that the strong and flexible material will not leave any marks on the iPhone glass.

The only Su-34 available in 6mm scale. Easy-to-finish model with underwing stores already attached. Ideal for both wargaming and the aircraft collector. The Fullback is a long-range fighter-bomber roughly comparable to the F-15E Strike Eagle. About 140 are expected to be in service by 2020, replacing the Su-24.

Cybertanks

The Eradictor Heavy Grav Tank is often seen as the command unit for large number of Cybertank ground units. It is far more rarely operating as a unit. Eradicators are cunning and canny leaders, though, like most Cybertanks, they are not averse to casualties if required. This is another point often raised that size correllates to age and experience. This is by no means certain, as others have pointed - the larger size may come from the function, and not the other way around.

Regardless, Eradicators are extremely dangerous on the battle field. With very heavy shields, considerable armour and a powerful sensor array, they are both hard to surprise, let alone destroy. They are armed with a massive double-barreled particle laser cannon turret, supplemented by two matterflux missile launchers (typically carrying 96 missiles in total). These weapons can fire up to six missiles each at once, but then require a brief break with they are reloaded. The Eradicator's weapons are further rounded out by four magnetic linear accelerator gatlings covering each direction and four heavy point-defence particle laser arrays. Combined with the Eradicator's excellent ECM system, these last render it virtually impregable to individual missiles; a large or sustained salvo is required to even have a chance.
