This Tripod, inspired by H.G. Wells' "War of the Worlds", is approximately 60mm tall, suitable for use in both 15mm and 6mm wargaming. It includes two choices of arms -- the grasping tentacles for harvesting prey, and the "black gas" launchers that Wells presciently used to choke the life out of innocent Englishmen going about their business. The foremost arm is the "heat ray", and the head is mounted in a ball-and-socket fashion that allows it to be posed as the gamer wishes.
