Incedius@pedrop as with most kits on shapeways the tolerances vary from print to print, you'll need to tighten the joints with floor polish or superglue to get the tightness just right. (even then with all ball joints they do get loose over time or extended play). Have you painted it yet? The paint will give it a slight increase in thickness as well. As for your request, unfortunately I've stopped doing 3D print designs until I have more free time to spare.
Incedius@spasmdragon there are some really tiny and pointy bits on this so I'm guess some of them tend to break when put through the tumbler for the polishing process. This is a really old model now and I don't really have the time to update it (i had a lot more free time back when this first came out :p) with the constantly changing shapeways requirements.
Incedius@triponthisman Maybe they misunderstood you and thought you didn't get the helmet piece. The last time something like this happened to me, I was told to circle the missing parts. Maybe you can try that.
Incedius@triponthisman thanks for ordering my stuff, really appreciate it =). Just to make sure I understood correctly, you ordered this set and you are only getting the helmet section but the neck and horn pieces are missing. You have the face and eye pieces from part B.
