firmpulse glaug, I trimmed the gears from the sprue with an Xacto. I actually did not trim the cut off pegs flush to the gear because it allows the gears to fit snuggly into the recesses of the thigh. They seem to be working fine. Mine did not disintegrate as another buyers did. I am very very pleased with the increased range of motion. I will update as I pose Motormaster/Menasor more.
