ECML_Fan Hi @maridunian thanks for your reply, I’ve been tempted a couple times by the RT kit so may end up going down that route, thanks any way & happy modelling
ECML_Fan Any chance these could be produced in 4mm/00 scale please?
ECML_Fan@rue_d_etropal okay thanks for the info :) have added to wish list & will hopefully order one soon
ECML_Fan@rue_d_etropal is this the chassis? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/351737176981 if so I notice the wheelbase is a little long how about this? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/351738598468
ECML_Fan@Hiesler Not sure what the prototype's wheel diameter is but may be able to find suitable wheels here: http://www.parksidedundas.co.uk/acatalog/N_G_WHEELS.html
ECML_Fan Ever thought about scaling some of your models to 4mm? :D
ECML_Fan@Durksz hi, any chance of a version like this: http://www.south-tynedale-railway.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/P1010003.jpg please? 009 scale of course :)
ECML_Fan@angr607 is it the Meridian Models MPD-18 chassis that's required for this model? :) http://meridianmodels.co.uk/mpd18-midge-minimotor-power-drive-unit-kit.php
ECML_Fan@tebee good point although I have seen designs where the pivot point was in the footplate of the loco :) maybe an option
ECML_Fan@tebee personally I would be tempted to articulate the loco from the coach as this was prototypical, then use something like a Fleischmann 7000 chassis & possibly a Parkside Coach bogie at the back :)
ECML_Fan@tebee What chassis configuration would this take?
