A delightful surface: the gyroid put through a simple inverse transformation. It's ellipsoidal on the outside, and there is a sphere taken out of the center, which is difficult to see; for otherwise it would be infinitely tiny inside, and therefore unprintable.

This is a very accurate and detailed miniature trumpet which measures about 4.5 inches long. It was modeled by an actual trumpet player, me, and is based on a real trumpet, a Severinsen Model Eterna by Getzen to be exact. It has been designed to be in scale with "Michael's Mini Trombone". If you would like to display your mini trumpet on a miniature trumpet stand, you can purchase the stand alone, or along with the mini trumpet from my shapeways shop, "Michael's Awesome Shapeways Shop". I suggest buying this trumpet in "Strong & Flexible" material. I cannot guarantee if it is possible to successfully print this model in any other material, due to the model's small details.
