bbussey @ppfoten211 It's used exactly for what the description states, for DPDT circuit-board-mounted slide-switches that need to be mounted onto a fascia board with screws. I suppose you could "tack" it to an extruded foam surface with very long nails or screws, but I would recommend mounting into masonite, wood, or thick styrene.
