Stag beetles are amazing creatures. They look like tiny knights in full armor. I think there a not many left of this brave soldiers ... I saw my last stag beetle when I was a kid!

Works for many doors. Key reads "13" in roman numerals on the 666 side & "7" when flipped to 777 side (via roman numeral subtratcion). Needle not included (too thin to reliably print). Has a small hole in end to accept needle or pin to complete the piece. Hole will vary with material choice & may need to be opened with small drill.

ATTENTION:The parts in the video/pics have been detail painted. The Shapeways parts will NOT be.

Silver Detail Process:
Masked off frame with painter’s tape
Spray painted “Lens” section with a few thin coats Transparent purple (VHT SP452 Anodized Purple via Amazon)
Removed masking and painted the frame with a thin coat of Black Transparent Glass Paint for detail lines
Transparent Detail Process:
Dyed entire part with Purple RIT Fabric Dye (Dyeing Guide)
Painted the frame with Silver (Americana Gloss Enamels)
Painted entire part with 2 thin coats of Black Transparent Glass Paint for detail lines and to darken the purple (Americana Crystal Gloss Enamels)
Loyality Gold sections done with careful application of Rub 'N Buff
Steel/Alumide Detail Process:

Sentry Turrets are miniature tripod robots that appear in every game in the Portal series. They are seen as incapable of independent movement, but can open each side of their chassis (their 'arms') horizontally in order to reveal two gatling guns. The central part of the chassis holds their red eye, which emits a targeting laser. Almost all of the space within the Turret is devoted to storing the ridiculously stacked ammo, explaining the nearly infinite supply of ammo when firing.

A crystal or crystalline solid is a solid material whose constituent atoms, molecules, or ions are arranged in an orderly repeating pattern extending in all three spatial dimensions described by classical physics theories: from a particular point in space, the basic directions in which we can move are up/down, left/right, and forward/backward.
Glass, however, is a non-crystalline, amorphous solid material. Both components of this ring have been created using 3D printed black glass, and designed in the likeness of a naturally formed crystal. This is the first design we have that utilises 3D printed glass.
This ring is made using 3D Printing.technology.
It will be available in a range of materials, but initially in a combination of stainless steel and black glass.
It is available in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL. - ring size chart

This design balances on the edge in-between functionality, digital aesthetics, mass customisation and object Oriented Eclecticism. In contrast to contemporary thought and design, which views things as the aggregation or assembly of smaller bits and parts, in Object Oriented Design new objects emerge out of an ecology of interaction of multiple and heterogeneous objects. Through a process of formation or computation, highly differentiated, contradictory concepts and structures can become one object, without resulting in an incongruous collage.
The use of contemporary production techniques as 3d printing offers this design a substantial relevance, since it is designed throughout a series of semi automated steps. This would enable the creation of several geometrical variations and color schemes for this design, with the advantage of being able to print out customised vases on demand. All slightly different in erosion type or formation. Always following the same design rules, production time and all for approximately the same price. Economically this makes a lot of sense since their would not be any overstock needed like in other production methods, where prices only go down depending on a large amount of produced items.

Detailed Skull Ring. This model prints great in BS&F and in BD. You can see all of the detail on the inside of the skull. I wouldn't print this one in steel just yet though. The teeth are too thin walled for steel. I'm waiting for a steel print of the other skull ring in my store before I make any further modifications.
This ring is currently a size 12. Contact me for different sizes or if you want a reinforced steel version of this model.
