Some basic power tools. These are designed for FUD only. The test print came and the drill press had a problem which I think is fixed. The table saw had a shippping issue and a leg broke so I made it a cabinet saw with a solid base. It will not quite look like the pictures.
These designs push the envelope of material strength to get the small detail, so that's the trade off. If you get a broken piece it's not Shapeway's fault- it's the price of pushing for detail.
UPDATE: May 23, 2013- Despite successfully printing, as you can see by the photos, Shapeways ONCE AGAIN tells me this model can't be printed. Not the same problem as last time. Unfortunately even though a design works and test prints, sometimes it get's rejected later, and there is no mechanism to allow me to fix it before you get a rejection message. I will ONCE AGAIN make the changes to the model that Shapeways says cannot print, even though I have one in my hand. My apologies to anyone who gets an order cancelled. There is no way I can contact you as I am not even told who you are, but you can contact me.
