Havoc481 @darthrith i guessing i did something to it that made it mess up the coating because the rest of it still looks wonderful. i do handle abrasive and acidic things one and a while, that might have been it. (his wife teared up when i gave her the ring to give it to him)
Havoc481 Updated on the rhodium ring the coating wears down toward the palm exposing the brass. Oh and BTW I gave my ring to a friend going through leukemia treatments. (I ordered another ring too)
Havoc481 Just got my ring this morning its oh so lovely, trying to find anyone who can do fired glass enamel for it to put the green in.
Size: 20.6 (11)
Material: Brass with Rhodium plating
Main portion of the ring is to a mirror finish, low area at the symbol show print lines( which i love).
Havoc481 is there any way to get a plated rhodium ring in size 20.6(11)?
Havoc481 If I ever got one of these rings I would have to find some one who can apply transparent emerald green glass enamel in it with the gold plated brass.
Havoc481 is it around 1:1 scale?
