Working centrifugal compressor.

Designed to fit standard Mabuchi 130 motors.

Printed and tested.

Upon receiving the item, you'll need to use a 1.8mm drill bit to drill out the center hole. This is due to limitation of the printing process that may not allow the shaft of the motor to be inserted.

I made this cufflink on request of a shapeways user, who ordered my GE90 fan cufflink.
I write this to let you once more know that I am even happy about orders or wishes from anyone who likes my work. If I think your whish is doable and/or worthwhile, I might create it.
Making this entire cufflink took me less than one hour which is good, even for me. ;)
This is the fan (big propeller if you will) from a Rolls Royce RB211 variant civil jet engine. The ring you see at about 2/3 radial position of the blades are so called midspan shrouds. They are supposed to absorb any shocks and vibrations and give the fan more strength. Modern high tech engines don't have these because they are aerodynamically unwanted. I suppose they serve a supporting purpose on the mere cufflink as well. :)
The fan has a diameter of 20mm. The pin is 15mm long and 2,5mm thick. The blades have a thickness of 0.55mm. The back is 11mm in diameter, which is the size of a usual button.
